Meet the team:
Briana Shires
Briana started in the industry in 2014 and became a licensed Realtor in 2016. She strives to ensure that all buyers and sellers have an exceptional experience by providing exceptional support, focus and care to every client and each detail. She is highly experienced in transaction coordination. To date, she has managed over 400 transactions and counting. She brings a depth of knowledge from her varied experiences and escrows over the years. Briana graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2007 with a degree in Education. Her teaching experience and education makes her a great fit for this position. She has the heart of a teacher and hopes to educate and guide her clients to the best possible outcomes in every transaction. In her spare time, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband and five children and being outdoors doing things like running, swimming and playing with her kids and two fur babies.
Tim Allen
Tim is a 4th generation Arizona native who graduated Northern Arizona University in 2009 with a degree in economics. He resides in Cottonwood with his wife and two kids where he has developed a strong passion for real estate. Prior to settling into the Verde Valley, Tim raced mountain bikes professionally throughout the world. He represented the USA in the World Championships in 2008 and won the US National Championships in 2014. He is dedicated, determined and willing to go the extra mile. This rings true in the context of your next real estate transaction. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and motivation to succeed are what his clients appreciate the most. In his spare time, he enjoys organic farming, restoring classic cars and motorcycles, camping with his family, woodworking, and mountain biking!
